Just a quick update that I’ve received the package today. The scarfs seems lovely but I haven’t had time to try it. It’s a tad bit thicker than my previous shawls, as one may predicted from the weight. It drapes beautifully and the colours are so lovely! it arrives much quicker than I expected as well.

I ordered the ring pashminas and gave them to the bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom at my wedding (and of course one for my self). Everyone loved them — especially once the evening got chilly. Soft, lightweight, and still warm. The customer service was wonderful — I’d misread some of the directions and the clarification was prompt and courteous. I also had question about the colors and the response was very helpful. Shipping was far faster than I expected (to Colorado, USA). Overall an excellent product & experience. If I want to buy more 100% wool or wool/silk pashminas this is my go to place.

I was offered the choice of reimbursement due to the then lockdown situation and limited delivery options but refused as I was not in a hurry – it was a gift planned ahead. I was personally (not a generic email) notified a couple of times on the development. Item was shipped as a gift and arrived ahead of schedulle. I have received and used the 4 ply twill blanket to much satisfaction. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is quite impressive. The blanket is the perfect addition to my bedding.
